They have been working as our property agent regarding rentals and have undertaken the full responsibility and administrating rentals, cleaning and other important maintenance tasks, such as construction work regarding refurbishment of some parts of the house. All these matters have been undertaken to our full satisfaction. Furthermore, we can state that we have not had any complaints from the tenants that have rented Villa Lucia over the past 6 years.
