CASA MANZANA

A beautiful Front Line Golf townhouse available for holiday rent in Santa Clara Golf, East Marbella.

The house is situated within a secure gated community with fantastic, well maintained grounds and a stunning communal area with pool and mature landscaped gardens.

There is a fantastic restaurant within walking distance in the club house of Santa Clara Golf. Marbella is a 5 minute drive and the airport is around 35 minutes away.

The living area is bright and sunny with ample soft seating and indoor dining. There is a separate fully fitted galley kitchen.

The house has a large terrace off the living room with stunning views that look to the Mediterranean and out to Africa

Up on the roof terrace you can enjoy the fantastic purpose build BBQ area and Jacuzzi, with panoramic views of the pool area, mountains and sea.

The 3 double bedrooms can be found downstairs, all with ensuite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king size bedroom and the two guest rooms are doubles.

Off to the back of the bedrooms is a terrace area with ping pong table and seating. This leads out onto a shared grassy garden area.
